Our liver is overworked with the many daily duties: producing proteins, clotting factors, preserves vitamins and iron, liver is  involved in the digestion of food, metabolise fat, eliminate toxins and other harmful substances accidentally or intentionally into our body. The liver is also involved in the regulation of blood sugar and participates in the maintenance of optimal amounts of hormones in our body.

Save your liver, discard bad habits, alcohol, coffee, drugs, fatty and fried foods, cigarettes and similar poisons. Eat olive oil, pumpkin oil, and fruits and vegetables without pesticides.

There are certain foods that take care of your liver, even when it is quite corrupt: These are cheese, yogurt, beets, whey, cranberries, blueberries and artichokes.

Dandelion, Licorice, Milk Thistle, gentian and tincture of white mallow are great friends of your liver, in small doses, of course
